Ingredients
- RED SAUCE:
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1-14 oz. envelope of taco seasoning mix
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
MEATBALLS:
Beat egg and salsa in medium bowl using fork. Stir in bread crumbs and taco seasoning mix. Mix in ground beef. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until beef is no longer pink in center. Makes 40 meatballs.
RED SAUCE:
Combine all 5 ingredients in large saucepan. Het and stir on medium until boiling. Makes 1 cup sauce. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Simmer for about 3 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
