Spicy Fresh Tomato Sauce with Herbs and Garlic 0 Picture

  • Pasta
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. torn basil
  • 1/4 c. minced oregano
  • 2 tbls. minced rosemary
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Set aside.

Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Remove from heat. Combine the tomatoes with the garlic, then add salt and pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary and red pepper flakes. Toss into drained pasta.
