Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate morsels

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add brown sugar, beating until creamy.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until combines. Add coconut and chocolate morsels, beating until combined.
Drop batter by heaping table spoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool on pans for 2 minutes. Remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks.
