• 1 lb. sausage
• 1 1/4 cups shredded hash browns
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• Paprika (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausageover medium heat and drain. Spoon into ungreased 10 inch pan. Top with hash browns and cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over cheese. Top with paprika, if desired. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
