Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 (8 ounce pckg) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- graham crackers, broken into pieces

Preparation
Step 1
in a lg saucepan, combine the 1½ cup of cream, sugar, and eggs. Cook stiring over medium heat until boiling. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth; slowley beat in the hot mixture. Cover and chill thoroughly. Stir in the remaining cream, lemon peel, juice, and vanilla. Freeze in an icecream maker. Fold in graham crackers to taste. Let set in the freezer for 4 hrs before serving.
