Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Cook until soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Add 2 cups pecan halves. Spread out on waxed paper and separate. Let cool.
