  • 3 lbs round steak
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp fat
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 carrots
  • 6 potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix seasoning and pound the seasoning into the steak.

Brown meat in fat on one side.

Turn meat and place potatoes and carrots around meat.

Add onions and tomatoes.

Cover and cook on low heat for 1½ hours.
