Fudget

Ingredients

• 4 cups sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4-1/3 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup butter
• pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put 4 cups of sugar in large pan – add cocoa and pinch of salt. Add milk and stir.

Cook over medium heat until it forms a soft ball when placed in cold water.

Stir in butter and vanilla. Keep stirring until it gets thick.

Pour into buttered dish.
