Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (12 ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 bag (10.5 oz) multicolored miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and chocolate chips and stir in the vanilla and nuts. let mixture cool slightly but do not let it harden.
fold in the marshmallows, stir gently but well. spoon half of the mixture lengthwise down the center of a 12-inch piece of waxed paper. shape into a 12-by-12 inch log, roll the log in half the coconut. wrap well
repeat with the remaining marshmallow mixture and coconut. refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. unwrap each log and cut into quarter-inch slices.
