CAKE MIX COOKIES

• 1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix or other flavor
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 (11-ounce) Bag of Mint M&M’s or other add-ins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Stir together cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla. Fold in M&M’s. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto prepared sheets. Press each cookie down slightly. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until done. Allow to rest on pan about 3 minutes, then remove and cool on wire rack.
Lemon Cookies: Use lemon cake mix; roll each in sugar before baking

Spice Cookies: Use spice cake mix; roll each in coarse sugar before baking.

Sugar Cookies: Use yellow cake mix; roll each in sugar before baking.

Snickerdoodles: Use yellow cake mix; roll each in cinnamon-sugar mix before baking.

Cranberry Orange Biscotti: Use orange cake mix and ½ cup Craisins.
