Ingredients
- Peel of 4 oranges
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- Processed in food processor
- 1/4 lb butter
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything together in electric mixer.
Put in 2 quart saucepan on low heat until thick about 10 minutes. Until 175*, then let cool.
Serve with strawberries or other fruits.
