French Toast Sticks
- 2 Extra large eggs
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 slices whole-grain bread, cut into 2-inch strips
- Cooking spray
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Crack eggs into a bowl and add sugar and cinnamon. Beat with a fork until yolks and cinnamon are well mixed. Dip sticks of bread into egg mixture and remove, letting excess mixture fall back into the bowl.
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook sticks in skillet for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
