Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken
- celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked in chicken water
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup diced celery
- Chopped onion to taste
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/3 cup Western dressing
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stew chicken with onion and celery.
2. Remove chicken from bones while still warm.
3. Cube chicken, cool. Cool rice
4. Add mandarin oranges, celery and onion
Dressing:
1. Mix until smooth
2. Toss well.
Cool thoroughly before serving
