Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4-6 lbs white seedless grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pure almond extract
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c toasted sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and dry grapes. Pull off stems and place in a large bowl. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and extracts with a mixer. When smooth, pour over grapes and gently stir until all the grapes are covered.

Mix brown sugar, coconut and almonds. (Toast almonds by crushing them into bits and microwaving them for 30 second intervals until lightly browned.)

Crumble mixture over grapes.

Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.

**It is best to make this the day of, as it can get watery when sitting overnight.
