Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups Broccoli
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- cherry tomatoes
- Kidney beans
- Any vegetables you like
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 1 or 2 packages no sugar sweetener

Step 1
1. Wash, trim and cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
2. Put into a large sealable bowl
3. Pour dressing over vegetables; cover and marinate
overnight
* If you have a bowl that seals tightly, it works well to
invert it a couple of times during marinating
