Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground pecans
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp hard margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Fork-beat egg and water together in shallow dish.
Combine next 6 ingredients in separate shallow dish on on waxed paper.
Place second amount of flour in separate shallow dish or on waxed paper. Press chicken into flour to coat completely. Dip in egg mixture. Press firmly into pecan mixture to coat completely. Place on greased foil-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
