Ingredients
- 2 lb bag of hashbrowns
- 1/3 cup of chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of crushed cornflakes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and lastly add frozen hashbrowns ( do not thaw). Use a 9 X 13 pan. Speay with pam to prevent sticking Put all ingredients in the pan. Then sprinkle the crushed cornflakes on top and drizzle the butter over it.
oven at 350' for about an hour. It will feeze well after all made.
