Earthquake Cake

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Shredded Coconut
• 2/3 cups pecans chopped
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips
• 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
• 8 ounce bream cheese
• 1/4 pound butter room temperature
• 1 pound powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle the coconut, pecans and chocolate chips over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. prepare the cake following the directions on the box, then pour into the pan.
In a small sauce pan, melt cream cheese with butter, then stir in powdered sugar. Spread over top of the cake batter, spreading topping a little thicker at the edges.
Place in preheated oven 350 and bake for 40 t0 50 minutes.
