Pistachio Salad

Sweet and wonderful. Crushed pineapple and whipped topping are folded into pistachio pudding mix.

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
• 1 package pistachio instant pudding (3.4 oz)
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Step 1

1. Mix pudding and undrained pineapple well.
2. Stir in marshmallows; fold in whipped topping.
