  • 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED INTO SMALL PIECES & DRAIN JUICE
  • 1 CUP MILD SALSA
  • 1 CAN ROTEL (10 OZ.)
  • 2/3 POUND ITALIAN SAUSAGE

Preparation

Step 1

REMOVE CASINGS FROM SAUSAGE LINKS AND SLICE.

BROWN SLICED SAUSAGE, ADD GREEN PEPPER AND ONION.

DRAIN OFF FAT!!

RINSE BEANS IN CAN.

ADD BEANS TO SAUSAGE WITH ROTEL & SALSA.

SIMMER.

LEFTOVERS FREEZE WELL. CAN ALSO USE LEFTOVERS MIXED WITH VELVETA CHEESE AND US AS A DIP WITH CHIPS OF CHOICE.
