Ingredients
- 3 CANS BLACK BEANS, DRAINED OR 1 LARGE 46 OZ. CAN
- 1/2 RED ONION DICED/MINCED
- 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED INTO SMALL PIECES & DRAIN JUICE
- 1 CUP MILD SALSA
- 1 CAN ROTEL (10 OZ.)
- 2/3 POUND ITALIAN SAUSAGE

Preparation
Step 1
REMOVE CASINGS FROM SAUSAGE LINKS AND SLICE.
BROWN SLICED SAUSAGE, ADD GREEN PEPPER AND ONION.
DRAIN OFF FAT!!
RINSE BEANS IN CAN.
ADD BEANS TO SAUSAGE WITH ROTEL & SALSA.
SIMMER.
LEFTOVERS FREEZE WELL. CAN ALSO USE LEFTOVERS MIXED WITH VELVETA CHEESE AND US AS A DIP WITH CHIPS OF CHOICE.
