Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk oil, lime juice, tarragon and oregano in small bowl to blend. Pour marinade over shicken and turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Preheat broiler or prepare grill to medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or broil til just cooked through, about 3 minutes each side.
