Ingredients
- 2 cups grated fresh sweet Potatoes
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 1 cup pecans

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pecans in shallow casserole. Bake at 325° for 30 mins. Add pecans
To top but do not stir. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Serves 8
Consistency is loose, not sticky and looks like grated carrots.
