- Dressing:
- 5 medium cucumbers, sliced
- thinly sliced onion
- 3 cups ice water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the cukes, salt and ice
water. Make sure cukes are covered. If needed,
add more water.
2. Cover and chill for 1 hour, drain and return to bowl.
Dressing:
1. Whisk together in large bowl.
2. Pour over cukes.
3. Serve immediately or chill for a short time.
