Ingredients
- House Seasoning:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup onion powder

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spread mashed potatoes evenly on bottom of greased
casserole dish
3. Layer sour cream evenly on potatoes (each time you
add a layer, sprinkle on a little house seasoning)
4. Saute onion and pepper in butter; layer over sour
cream
5. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese
6. Slice cooked potatoes and layer over cheese until
cheese is completely covered
7. Finally, top with rest of cheese
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes
9. Crumble bacon on top
