Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small packages lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2-3 medium carrots, grated

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix jello and boiling water; stir till dissolved.
2. Stir in 2 c. cold water, apple juice, orange juice,
etc. (to set up faster, fill 2 c. measuring cup up with
ice. Add cold liquid to 2 c. mark; add to hot jello
mixture. Stir till starts to thicken. Remove any
unmelted ice.)
3. Chill until jello is almost setup, but not quite
4. Stir in carrots.
5. Chill till firmly set.
