Ingredients
- 4 large or 6 small chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c cooking sherry
- 1 pkg (8oz) slice fresh mushrooms
- Paprika to taste

Step 1
Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. In a bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
