Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 3/4 C. flour
- 2 C. Splenda
- 3/4 C. carob
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 C. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
- 1 C. fat free milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. Eggbeaters
- 1 C. strong black coffee (2 tsp. instant coffee plus 1 C. boiling water)
- 1 box Jell-O sugar free instant pudding
- Fat free milk

Directions
Combine dry ingredients, and then add the rest. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. The cake should be very moist after baking. To make frosting, add fat free milk a little bit at a time to the pudding until you get the smoothness you want.
