Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups canned fruit cocktail
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/3 cup maraschino cherries

Step 1
soften gelatin in cold water. dissolve over hot water, cool slightly. add the fruit cocktail with the syrup. fold in the mayonnaise and the whipped cream. pour into refrigerator tray and dot with cut cherries. freeze until just firm. ( the salad may be chilled until firm instead of frozen)
