Gallagher's Mustard Sauce

My family's favorite steak sauce from Gallagher's on 52 Street and Broadway, NY, NY

Ingredients

• 1 pound of butter
• 1 10 ounce bottle Heinz Ketchu
• 1 4 ounce bottle Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
• 6 Tablespoons Worsteshire Sauce
• 4 dashes Tobasco Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Melt and clarify butter.
Add the rest of the ingrediants and stir to blend.
