Ingredients
- 2 pkgs dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 5-6 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp shortening
- --------------------------------------------------
- filling;
- 2 sticks pepperoni, sliced very thin, then cut in half
- mozzarella cheese-large package, about 1 lb
- romano or parmesan cheese-grated
- 2 onions-cut up and sauteed
- 2 peppers-cut up and sauteed
- garlic powder
- oregano

Preparation
Step 1
dissolve yeast in warm water. add shortening, sugar, salt then flour. knead dough for 10 minutes. brush a little oil on it and let rise 1 hour.
divide dough into 3 loaves. spread each loaf into a rectangle shape on a greased surface, approximately 12 x 14 inches.
layer ingredients onto the three loaves. roll each loaf the long way(jelly roll style). turn the ends in.
bake at 450 for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet
***may substitute pizza dough already made
