Little Meatballs in Zesty Sauce

Adapted from a recipe "Meatloaf with Zesty Topping" by
Mrs. Christ Heim in Garrison NFO cookbook when I didn't have the time to make a meatloaf. The kids love the smaller size

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 egg
- Onion to taste
- salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Cooking time 20mins
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Shape into 1-1 ½ inch balls.
3. Brown all sides in a hot skillet over medium-high
heat.
4. Reduce to low, add sauce
Zesty Sauce:
1. Mix well in small bowl.
2. Pour over meatballs.
3. Cook till slightly thick.
