Sesame Tilapia Salad 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tilapia (or other firm-fleshed white fish), cut into 1 1⁄2-in.-thick strips
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sesame-ginger salad dressing, divided
  • 1 (15-oz.) can sliced baby corn, drained and rinsed
  • 10 ounces mixed salad greens

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine tilapia and green onions with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the dressing; refrigerate 10 minutes. Preheat oven broiler. Place tilapia on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 7 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Toss remaining dressing with baby corn and salad greens until lightly coated. Divide salad and fish evenly among dinner plates.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve sliced tomato and cucumber on the side; add some whole grain rolls and butter.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure salad dressing and corn are gluten free.
