NutriCook - Potatoes

Christmas 2012, I cooked a very large pot of potatoes, program 2, for 15 minutes - they were perfect.

Ingredients

• 4.5 kg (10lbs) Potatoes (cut in quarters)

Preparation

Step 1

%{color: red}Be sure to quarter potatoes%
Add 3 cups of water to NutriCook pot.
Program selector - 2 (stachy vegetables)
Timer 11 minutes
When steam escapes and timer rings, reduce heat.
When timer rings, change to steam setting.
