Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 deep-dish pie crust
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon flour

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the pie
shell, then pour into the pie shell.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake
for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the
center comes out clean.
