Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless pheasant breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- Hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle pheasant with salt and pepper
2. Brown in oil and butter on both sides; 6-8 minutes. 3. Combine rest of ingredients, bring to a boil.
4. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or till juices run
clear.
Serve over rice.
