Chunky Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 4 Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together butter,sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and into what mixture.
Add Apples.
Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until tester is clean.
