  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 package vermicelli or soba noodles
  • 2 green onions sliced

Step 1

Mix teriyaki, honey, garlic, oil in pan. Add chicken. Refrigerate covered, 3 hours or overnight. Broil chicken on broiler pan rack 4-5 minutes. Brush with marinade. Turn over, brush again. Broil 4-5 minutes until no longer pink. Boil remaining marinade in saucepan until reduced by a third. Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss with 3 tablespoons reduced marinade. Slice chicken, serve over noodles. Garnish with onions.
