French Dip Roast Beef For The Crock Pot

By

"A great recipe if you're looking for something simple and good. We did use Kikkoman's low sodium soy sauce but otherwise followed the recipe. The meat turned out tender, shredded nicely and had good flavor. The au jus had a nice combination of flavors and made a great dip for the sandwiches and our accompanying fries as well. We toasted the rolls and served the sandwiches with some provolone cheese, sauteed green pepper and onion slices on the side."
