Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- dash of salt
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the nuts. Beat on low 30 seconds. Continue beating on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool.
Beat butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Frost cake and refrigerate.
