Ingredients

2 lbs. small red potatoes quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 packet (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 35 minutes.
