- 1 large instant chocolate pudding

Step 1
mix these ingredients well and pat in the bottom of 9 x 12 baking dish. bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
spread cream cheese filling into cooled baked crust
beat until thick and pour over cream-cheese filling. cool until set.
top with the rest of the cool whip and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
