- 1 box yellow or butter cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pkg vanilla, french vanilla or banana instant pudding
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 large container whipped topping
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
follow directions on box of cake mix. pour batter in a greased roll pan. bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. cool. beat cream cheese, milk and instant pudding together until smooth and pour on cooled cake. layer drained crushed pineapple, whipped topping, coconut and chopped nuts on the cake. decorate with maraschino cherry halves.
