Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb lean stewing beef
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 small piece pork belly
- 2 cups sherry
- 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp majoram
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp cayenne

Step 1
saute onion and garlic in oil. Remove fat from beef and add along with pork. Brown meat lightly. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer in slow cooker or saucepan on low for 5 to 6 hours.
