Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat sugar and butter/margarine in large saucepan.
2. Stir until mixture bubbles.
3. Cool slightly.
4. Stir in eggs, one at a time.
5. Add vanilla and mix well.
6. Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
7. Spread mixture in 8x8-inch Silicone Baking Pan with divider.
8. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts.
9. Place Extender Ring on Pro base.
10. Place pan on 2-inch rack.
11. Place dome on Extender Ring.
12. Bake on Power Level 8 for 25 minutes, or until recipe is brown around edges.
13. Remove from Oven to cool.
14. Cut into squares for serving.
