Ingredients

  • 2 lbs medium carrots, cut diagonally into 1 inche pieces (about 6 cups)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • ground cinnamon, sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrot in boiling water and salt in large saucepan on medium until tender. Drain well. Return to saucepan.

Drizzle honey over carrot. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat and stir on medium for 5 to 6 minutes until carrot is glazed and liquid has evaporated.
