Ingredients

2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
4 oz. package of instant butterscotch or caramel pudding
3 1/2 cups rolled oats

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in saucepan and bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add instant pudding (2/3 cup). Stir in rolled oats. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.

Makes about 80 1" balls.
