TACO TWIST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 3 cups corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, peppers and onion. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream and place on bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
