Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour

Step 1
preheat oven to 300. butter a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. in a bowl, blend peanut butter, honey, oil, eggs, carrots and bananas. add remaining ingredients; blend well.
pour batter into preheated pan.
bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
