Ingredients
- Breakfast Casserole B Catering
- 3 lbs sausage cooked and drained well
- 4 cuos shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups Half & Half
- 1 3/4 cups bisquick
- 1 2/3 cups sour crean
- onion powder
- 2 cups of milk
- 7 eggs beaten
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- deli ham
- can use 2 lb sausage + 2 lb broccoli
- or 3 lbs frozen spinach instead of ham

Preparation
Step 1
Blend sausage, ham and vegatable(if using) and spread in lightly greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over top. Beat eggs, add liquids, seasonings and bisquick till blended. stir in sour cream. pour over pan. Cover, bake 30 minutes @ 350*, uncover, bake 15 - 30 minutes until browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
