Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 2-3 drops liquid smoke to taste
- 1 large package softened cream cheese
- pine nuts
- chives to garnish
- 1 - 3 tsps butter

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and remove any skin and bones from canned salmon. Mix together, using your hands, the salmon and cream cheese. Add liquid smoke to taste.
Saute and lightly brown pine nuts in butter. Allow to cool completely. Drain on paper towel removing any excess butter.
Mold by hand salmon into a loaf or ball. Pat the pine nuts onto the surface of the salmon, pressing lightly.
Finish by lightly dusting with chives.
Serve with crackers
